What Gets Overlooked When Preparing for College

College isn’t just a transition for students — it’s a shift for parents, too.

While your teen may be packing bedding, forms, and dorm supplies, what’s often missing is far more important:

a plan to protect their mental health when they’re on their own.

This workshop changes that.

This signature summer workshop gives you the tools to help your college-bound teen build the skills, set the routines, and lock in the resources they’ll need to thrive—starting before they even step foot on campus.

Through expert tips, practical strategies, and guided tools, you’ll gain clarity on:

  • What your teen will need emotionally and logistically
  • How to support them without overstepping
  • How to equip them with the right resources for staying healthy and connected

Don’t send them off without this.

Because launching your teen well isn’t about letting go—it’s about setting them up to Move Forward, Better®.

I'm interested. Let me know more!

More Than Just a Checklist: What You’ll Leave With

In just 90 minutes, this workshop gives you what packing lists and campus tours can’t: the tools to support your teen’s health, confidence, and readiness — before they leave home.

What You’ll Walk Away With:

  • A clearer sense of what your teen will need to stay steady, healthy, and self-reliant at school

  • Tools to support them confidently — without hovering or overstepping

  • A personalized plan your teen can use when stress hits or they need help

  • Know-how to find and organize key campus resources — including health, safety, and support services

  • A real plan — not just hope — for how they’ll manage whatever college throws their way

You’ll also receive a customizable planning guidebook with clear prompts for key conversations, campus-specific resource mapping, and essential health information.

You don’t have to send them off without a plan.
Preparation is powerful. Move Forward, Better®.
